Did you know if Prop 8 passed the LDS church would have to shut down adoptions in California, if they would not take in gay couples for adoption. also if we lived in California Sky and Solee would be given books and taught about gay marriage as young a kindergarten, and we can't fight it, or it is a hate crime.
I didn't vote for Obama, however, I do feel that he will do a good job. I also feel that McCain would have done a good job too. I am very proud that we as America have made history with our choice in President. On the Prop 8 issue. I totally back Wendy up with what she is saying. If that passed & a gay mormon couple (which there are some) wanted to get married in the Temple, the church would not let it happen & we (The LDS church) would be sued & we would lose. All Temples in California would not be able to perform marriage sealings any more. That would mean that when Corey finally joins the church we would probably have to go to Las Vegas to be sealed. I still respect your opinion & love you so much.
I respect your opinion too! and I am not anti-gay at all, just when it starts to affect our rights, that is not right. also LDS bishops and any other churches that opposes gay marriage will not be able to proform marriages, so even if you aren't getting married in the temple, you couldn't have your bishop marry you.
