It's not always easy, especially with this air, but I'm doing the best that I can to stay motivated. I go through spurts of running. This time I am trying to make sure that it sticks for longer than three months. Hoping it sticks for the rest of my life!

So envious! I go through spurts of running as well but I never make it past a light jog, so I shouldn't even say...Running.

I am so proud of you. Could you believe we were on such different paths 10 years ago?? I'm glad we are on the paths we're on today!
